I don't know how you can really screw up working at McDonalds, but I guess it's possible. We asked for extra creamers and sugar packets for our coffee. The girl behind the counter politely obliged but couldn't find any. Rather than helping her serve us, her manager (who was super busy obsessively wiping a counter over and over) said "I told you, you should have restocked them earlier". Congratulations lady, you fail at life. Additionally, my coffee was scalding hot, and my Egg McMuffin unusually bland, as if it needed salt. Again, I don't know how you can really screw that up. I guess Egg McMuffins just taste better anywhere other than Grants Pass.

Wow... No wonder this Mc Donald's is rated so low! Talk about customer no service. Bought plain meat patties for puppies we are traveling with. The patties were swimming in grease so we asked for a plastic container (never been refused this at any other Mc Donald's). The young female server refused and was not polite about it. If we had not been in a hurry to get back on the road I would have asked for the manager, but judging by their Yelp ratings the management does t care. We went across the street to subway and bought roast beef for the dogs. Excellent service there. No wonder Mc Donald's is in trouble with their financials. This all effects the Dow Jones. Fix your people Mc Donald's!!! Maybe pay them enough that they care about their jobs and hire good managers. It's sure worked for In n Out.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been too. Horrible costumer service. Went in and the cashier was training someone for the job. She proceeded to explain every little detail while taking our order, making our food, and bagging it. I ordered a milkshake and when they handed it to me the bottom half was just vanilla syrup. I had to ask for a foundation drink to replace it, to which the cashier turned to the trainee and said when the customer doesn't want something we have to just throw it away. We were also given no ketchup, napkins or straws and the fries were unsalted and cold.

As a family we rarely go to McDonalds, and when we do its for breakfast. So today we went in and ordered 6 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins with 2 hash browns. The girl behind the counter, although nice enough (and the only reason they get 1star) had to redo our order four times. When we got home, every sandwich had no egg, and the hash brown looked so old. We called back and spoke to "Brian" who was allegedly the manager. We were far away at this point, and "Brian" was rude, inconsiderate and anti-customer. He demanded (not asked) we drive all the way back with the food undisturbed and our receipt. When we told him we couldn't come back due to distance and time constraints, he said, "That's not our problem. You have to prove we messed up or we won't help you!" Typical uneducated people attempting customer service. Needless to say, we'll share this around town and McDonalds will lose customers.

Was waiting for a while and got cut by an older guy so I let him go ahead. Got cut by an older lady complaining about the tables so the cashier had to go and deal with her. The manager in charge in the AM told me that my meal was on her after seeing what transpired. Great customer service on her behalf considering how busy they were dealing with the drive through orders

Driving through the area and stopped at this location because of its convenience. They got our order completely wrong, even after we clarified with the supervisor on duty. I think the lady at the register must have been new and I felt bad for her...it's no fun being overwhelmed on your first day. But still...there were several people in line and none of the other workers opened another register to help her out. They had time to fix everyone's orders and bad mouth the new lady ("ugh! She keeps doing this!") but didn't help her. Worst McDonald I've ever been to, and my expectations aren't high when it comes to fast food.

What a busy McDonalds! I rolled through Grants Pass early in the AM on a long drive south and ne'er in my life have I stood in line for a sausage mcmuffin sandwich before! It's been a while since I'd had one though... Service was prompt (hey, it's fast food) and the food was... well, it was McDonalds. The bathrooms were decent though and this was certainly a convenient stop when not much else was open.

Mngmt was rude, fries were stale. Never been served stale fries at McDonald's before. Well past shelf life. Elderly lady came in lost and mngr couldn't be bothered with giving her directions or address. Would've been easy enough to show her it was on the top of the receipt.

Extremely rude employees! To management: How do you let this happen? I can understand one person being rude or having a bad day, it happens. But when all of your staff behave with such low class professionalism, it directly reflects management. It's such a shame. To the Employees: If you hate the job, then leave the company and find something that you like and an employer that you want to work for. Otherwise, treat people with respect. We did not appreciate your eye rolling, your sighs, your poor behavioral gestures. The food: We ordered the chicken nugget combos and the Oreo Mcflurry. The nuggets are good. The oreo Mcflurry is lacking Oreo's. Put in more Oreo's, twice as much is needed to be on par. *shakes head*

The place was disgusting! No tables were cleaned! On top of that one of the workers sat right next to me and my associate and was complaining to her personal friend!!! She was so rude to us and even though she was 2 feet from us she didn't even care and continued to bash the restaurant and the staff. Honestly I would rather eat anywhere else but this crap hole!

This is a review of the bathroom, not the food. I typically don't expect an amazing bathroom at a fast-food joint. I do expect some reasonable levels of cleanliness. As evidenced by the 2 star review here, they obviously didn't cut the mustard by my book. Let's just say that the toilet seats themselves were far less than clean and that they floors could have used a good sweeping and wipe down. They did have all appropriate paper products in stock and on hand. An extra half star was lost due to the fact that there was an actual manager's meeting in the restaurant going on during my visit. Are they all okay with this? Yuck!
